Become a milkshake expert with this recipe inspired by the Disneyland® Paris for the Lion King and Jungle Festival.
- 170 g Italian vanilla ice cream
- 4 cl milk
- 50 g bananas (1/4 of a banana)
- 30 g Nutella (or any other hazelnut spread)
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
- Icing sugar
Print the Pumbaa template. Make sure it’s the right size for your milkshake glass. Cut out the template. You now have your stencil to add the finishing touch, just like at Disneyland Paris.
Mix the Nutella and the milk in a blender.
Slice the 50 g of bananas and add them to the blender with the ice.
Blend for 40 seconds. The consistency should be solid.
Pour into a glass. Leave space for the whipped cream (if needed).
Add a dome of whipped vanilla cream (to top up the glass).
Smooth flush with the glass using a spatula.
Add a thin layer of icing sugar.
Make sure you have cut the stencil to fit your glass, then place and centre it on top.
Sprinkle with cocoa and remove the stencil.
