Did you know?

According to legend, this dessert inspired by Romanoff strawberries is associated with the Romanov dynasty. Tsar Pierre Le Grand was particularly fond of it.

Chef Antonin Carême has since introduced it to classic French cuisine.

With the arrival of spring, the first strawberries are marinated in a little fresh orange juice and sugar, topped with vanilla whipped cream.

And for a special touch from our superhero, Natasha Romanoff, we will add a caramelized puff pastry and a strawberry pâte de fruits in the shape of her icon.

We removed the orange liqueur to make the recipe suitable for children.
